Destination Tangier!
 Hardly truly Moroccan, nor European nor even African. Tangier defies categorisation, which is precisely why it is so appealing. The nightlife is vibrant, the population is cosmopolitan and the cultural karma is infamous. Tangier is a unique City!
After a complete re-modeling process in terms of facilities, infrastructure and investment, Tangier is now one of the most modern cities in Africa. The development is at 10 minutes drive from The new International Airport. The land is recognised as the King’s land and therefore it cannot be over flown, which ensures the tranquility of the site.
The new motorway toll road from the city to Rabat the Capital was finished at the end 2005 and has its own exit specifically for the development. The Emerging Market
Tangier is Morocco's second most important industrial center after Casablanca. The industrial sectors are diversified: textile, chemical, mechanical, metallurgical and naval. Currently, the city has four industrial parks of which two have the status of free economic zone.
Tangier's economy relies heavily on tourism. Seaside
resorts have been increasing with projects funded by foreign investments.
